Job Title: Quality Control Analyst

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• We are looking for self-motivated and result-oriented professional to join a growing team developing products in cosmetics and topical medicament.

Responsibilities

• Carry out raw material and finished product testing in areas of physical, chemical and microbiology quality tests.
• Ensure strict adherence of SOP in manufacturing of developed products.
• Manage field testing of products with partners and pursue step-wise improvement of products before market launch.
• Maintain QC records, tests and certificate of analysis for all manufactured batch of products.
• Perform stability testing, product performance and shelf-life evaluation with External partners and teams.

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor`s or HND qualification in Microbiology, Biochemistry or related fields
• Experienced in the use key laboratory tools and instruments in quality control duties.
• Ability to carry out studies and tests using a Microscope is a distinctive advantage.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, present findings, and effectively share insights and product strategies.

Non-Mandatory Qualification:

• Knowledge in amino acid, protein and GCMS test analysis.
• Knowledge of FDA rules and regulation for formulation is generally desired.
