Job Description
- We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing African fashion brand.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, responding to enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
- Assist customers with product information, sizing, pricing, and order placement.
- Process and track customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after purchase.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
- Coordinate with the production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer feedback professionally.
- Maintain a positive brand image through excellent communication and customer service.
- Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role.
- Experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry is an added advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Passion for fashion and excellent customer service.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.
- Must be well-presented and professional in appearance.
- Knowledge of African fashion and fabrics is an added advantage.
- Applicant must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the workplace.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
