Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Ajah - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking driven Sales Executives to join our team and accelerate revenue growth.
  • You’ll be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing new business while managing relationships with existing clients. If you’re target-driven, persuasive, and love winning deals, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital channels
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM.

Requirments

  • B.Sc. Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or direct marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 per month.
