Job Description
- The Customer Relations Officer will manage all client interactions before, during, and after property sales / rentals.
- You’ll be responsible for building relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring every client feels valued from first inquiry to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins. Respond within 30 minutes.
- Site Tours & Viewings: Coordinate and conduct property inspections for prospective buyers/tenants in Lekki and environs.
- Relationship Building: Maintain warm relationships with existing and potential clients. Follow up on leads and past clients.
- Complaint Resolution: Address client concerns, escalations, and post-sale issues professionally and on time.
- Documentation: Ensure all client documents, contracts, and feedback are properly logged in the CRM.
- After-Sales Service: Check in with clients after move-in. Gather feedback and manage requests for maintenance or additional services.
- Team Support: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Reporting: Submit weekly reports on client feedback, inquiries, and satisfaction levels.
Requirements.
- HND / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field
- 2-3 years experience in customer service, client relations, or real estate. Real estate experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business
- Must be presentable and resident in Lagos
- Patient, empathetic, target-driven, and excellent at building trust. Must love people.
Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
