Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Assessment and Psychometric Specialist to support talent identification, leadership assessment, and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design competency-based assessments.
- Conduct assessment centres for recruitment and leadership development.
- Administer and interpret psychometric assessment tools.
- Prepare comprehensive talent assessment reports.
- Support recruitment, promotion and leadership decisions.
- Validate and improve assessment instruments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences or a related discipline.
- Experience administering psychometric assessments and competency-based evaluations.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
