Job Description
- Our client is seeking an experienced learning professional to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our executive education and corporate training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all training programmes achieve high participant engagement.
- Design executive education and professional development programmes.
- Coordinate facilitators, faculty members and training resources.
- Conduct learning needs assessments.
- Ensure quality assurance across all training programmes.
- Develop learning materials and course content.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Expand the organization's executive education portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience in corporate training, executive education or learning and development.
- Excellent facilitation, programme coordination and stakeholder management skills.
