Job Title: Career Service Advisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Description

• We are seeking a proactive, teachable, and passionate Career Service Advisor to support entrepreneurship and career development initiatives through programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, mentorship facilitation, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support to students and alumni while coordinating career development and entrepreneurship programmes. Facilitate mentorship, training, stakeholder engagement, events, and programme reporting to ensure an excellent participant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, Economics, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in career services, student support, programme coordination, customer success, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Highly teachable, open to learning, and receptive to feedback.
• Passionate about guiding and supporting individuals in achieving their career and professional goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships.
• Experience in higher education, student affairs, volunteering, or mentoring is an added advantage.
