Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Imota, Ikorodu - Lagos

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate shall oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multiple facilities. Focus of the Facility Manager shall be on workforce safety, office layouts, preventive building maintenance, contractor management, and health and safety compliance management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a first degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) in Architecture, or Quantity Surveying, or Building, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• NYSC Discharge Certificate or evidence of Exemption.
• Candidate must also have a minimum of 8 (eight) years relevant experience in a similar position preferably in a tertiary institution.

Salary
