Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager

Summary
- The Zonal Sales Manager will lead Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Developers (BDs) within an assigned zone, driving merchant acquisition, team performance, and market expansion while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor BDMs and BDs to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to validate market activities and support team performance.
- Track daily sales activities, onboarding, and field reports.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years’ experience in sales, agency banking, fintech, or field operations.
- Prior experience with a leading fintech company is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field operations.
