We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager (Digital & Offline)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns across social media, search, display, website, and messaging platforms. - Offline & Field Marketing.
• Manage on-ground activations, promotions, market surveys, and community engagement.
• Sales Collaboration:
  • Support Sales with lead generation, promotional materials, and campaign coordination.
  • Track marketing contributions to sales performance.
• Leadership & Budgeting: 
  • work with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies. 
  • Plan and manage budgets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to senior management.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing budgets and performance-driven campaigns.

Skill:

• Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
