We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative (Electronics)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Borno, Kaduna, Plateau & Sokoto
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative is responsible for driving the sales of electronic products, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent product knowledge and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Promote and sell the company's range of electronic products to customers.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Ensure product availability and proper merchandising at retail outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and provide regular feedback.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports accurately and on time.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, promotional activities, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales of electronics or consumer electronics sales.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of the consumer electronics market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
