Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Marketer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing product distribution, managing distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective market execution.
- You will act as a key commercial link, combining market insight with hands-on field execution to expand our brand footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Distribution Growth:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies across multiple distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities to maximize product distribution, shelf presence, and overall market visibility.
- Execute structured sales plans fully aligned with our overarching business and revenue objectives.
- Track and consistently achieve commercial sales KPIs while ensuring excellence in field execution.
Distributor & Stakeholder Management:
- Oversee and optimize distributor performance through active market visits, field ride-alongs, and regular performance reviews.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, high-yielding relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and other commercial stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of distributor profiles, activities, stock levels, and historical performance.
- Provide ongoing commercial support and training to distributors while proactively identifying new co-growth opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Compliance:
- Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to uncover untapped market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Compile and analyze commercial data to prepare comprehensive market performance reports for management.
- Ensure all market execution and distribution activities strictly comply with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regional regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, trade marketing, or distribution management.
- Direct experience within the beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in the liquor or fast-moving retail industry is an added advantage.
- A proven, verifiable track record of managing distributor networks and achieving volume/sales targets.

- Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to interpret market data into actionable sales plans.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Work Drive: Self-motivated, highly resilient, with excellent organizational and time management skills to handle extensive field execution.
Salary
N2500,000 - N300,000 monthly.
