Dufura Villa Limited is a multi-disciplinary property services and real estate development company based in Abuja, Nigeria. The firm specializes in providing FCDA-approved estate plots, residential building construction, property management, and sustainable housing solutions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' accounting experience preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks. Sage, Zoho Books. or similar ERP systems,
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation. payroll processing, and bank reconciliation.
• High level of integrity, analytical thinking and attention to detail With excellent Microsoh Excel skills

Additional Advantage:

• ICAN. ANAN. or A CA certification (Or being at an advanced stage} is an added advantage.
• Experience handling property sales records, commissions. and client payment schedules.
