We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Nanny

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

• To support the daily care, safety, and development of children in the client household, providing structured, attentive, and professional childcare.
• All child-facing placements are subject to the DSS Child Safeguarding Protocol.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full daily care for children — feeding, hygiene, routines, and supervision
• Plan and lead structured, age-appropriate activities
• Provide light educational and homework support; liaise with schools as needed
• Maintain children's safety, wellbeing, and daily routine
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and principals
• Accompany the family and travel where required
• Uphold safeguarding standards at all times

Requirements & Experience

• Childcare certificate or equivalent; paediatric first aid an advantage
• 2–10 years childcare experience depending on tier
• Strong references and a clean background
• Emotional intelligence, patience, and reliability
• Fluent English and ability to plan structured routines

Role-Specific Must-Haves:

• Must pass enhanced child-safeguarding vetting
• Willingness to complete child-facing vaccinations.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
