Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Dry Hair Category

Locations: Agbeni, Bodija, Ibadan - Oyo, Onitsha - Anambra, Edo, and Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outlet Market Sales Representative (OMSR) to drive sales and distribution of our dry hair product range within the said locations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell dry hair products to wholesalers and retailers within the assigned markets.
• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at customer outlets.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in any discipline.
• 1 – 2 years' sales experience in FMCG or the beauty / personal care industry is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agbeni and Bodija markets is highly desirable.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
