Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and organized HR, Admin, Operations and Facilities Manager to oversee the company's human resources, administrative functions, and day-to-day operational activities.
- The ideal candidate should be disciplined, able to coordinate staff effectively, and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and staff welfare.
- Implement company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate staff performance reviews.
Administration:
- Supervise office administration and supplies.
- Manage vendors and service providers.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings and office logistics.
Operations:
- Monitor daily operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Support management in achieving operational goals.
Facilities:
- Supervise facility staff and outsourced personnel.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the premises.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor security, utilities, and facility equipment.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers.
- Maintain inventory of facility assets and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare facility maintenance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Facility Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years' relevant experience facility or operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage people and resolve conflicts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Willing to learn new things on the job
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive and willing to work.
