We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pastry Chef Assistant

Locations: Ogudu - Ojota & Shangisha - Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Accurately measuring, weighing, and prepping raw ingredients (such as peeling fruit, lining molds, or setting up workstations) before baking begins.
• Mixing and Baking: Assisting with the mixing of batters, doughs, and creams, as well as monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure perfect consistency.
• Dessert Assembly: Putting together components, fillings, and coatings for cakes, tarts, and pastries according to the head chef's recipes.

Requirement

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N94,000 per month.
