Job Title: Finance Clerk
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Summary
- We are hiring a Finance Clerk to join the Account team of our well-reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage routine banking, transactions, and petty cash
- Maintain payroll records and data of the team members
- Help clients with opening and closing of accounts
- Aid clients in carrying out other transactions such as loan repayment, cheque encashment, etc.
- Generate financial accounting vouchers as and when required
- Evaluate employees’ working hours and attendance records
- Review loan applications and pass on the details to Loan Processor or Loan Officer
- Apprise customers about their accounts as well as company policies and procedures
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in the light of ongoing policies
- Provide adequate job training to juniors.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 2 years experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of accounting softwares like Tally, QuickBooks, etc.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills
- Hands on experience of MS Office Suite
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Amazing written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of organizational policies
- Detail oriented individual having the ability to multitask.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
