We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for various roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and best HR practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or related organization is highly preferred.
• Previous recruitment experience within a steel manufacturing company is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
