Job Description

  • We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and market expansion for a leading plastics manufacturing company’s portfolio of PVC products, including rain boots, PVC footwear, and PVC hair thread.
  • The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
  • Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of field sales experience in the footwear, plastics, or FMCG industry
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Solid understanding of the PVC products market and customer segments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and build long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
