Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and partnering with hiring managers to meet the Company's workforce needs across technical, engineering, project, and corporate functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical and panel interviews. . Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide hiring recommendations.
- Prepare employment offers and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using the Company's HRIS and Applicant Tracking System.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and graduate recruitment programmes.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable labour laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, construction, oil & gas, or EPC projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and competency-based interviewing.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment.
