Job Summary
- We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant databases.
- Process customer requests, orders, and follow-ups.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Prepare periodic customer service reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline with 1–5 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
