Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by converting leads into sales and expanding corporate travel accounts.
- The ideal candidate must have experience in travel/hospitality sales or strong B2B sales experience selling into corporate organizations.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound enquiries into closed sales.
- Drive visa, corporate, and luxury travel sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and grow corporate (B2B) client accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Lagos and surrounding markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Managing existing customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to corporate clients.
- Debt Recovery.
Requirements
- HND / BSc in any discipline.
- 5 years’ proven sales or business development experience.
- Must be based & Familiar with Lagos.
- Experience in a travel agency, tour company, airline, or hospitality sales role is highly preferred.
- Candidates without travel experience must have strong B2B (corporate) sales experience.
- Demonstrated negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
