Job Title: Sales / Business Development Manager

Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by converting leads into sales and expanding corporate travel accounts.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience in travel/hospitality sales or strong B2B sales experience selling into corporate organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound enquiries into closed sales.
  • Drive visa, corporate, and luxury travel sales.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and grow corporate (B2B) client accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Lagos and surrounding markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Managing existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to corporate clients.
  • Debt Recovery.

Requirements

  • HND / BSc in any discipline.
  • 5 years’ proven sales or business development experience.
  • Must be based & Familiar with Lagos.
  • Experience in a travel agency, tour company, airline, or hospitality sales role is highly preferred.
  • Candidates without travel experience must have strong B2B (corporate) sales experience.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
