During the past years, AC-TECH has distinguished itself for conscious customer care and excellence in after sales services by promoting, selling and servicing a wide range of innovative products suitable for specific market segments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and prospect high-value B2B accounts through cold calling, LinkedIn, and professional networking.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored business solutions.
• Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales KPIs, pipelines health for projects and customers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) or HND in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate marketing, or business development.
• Industry Knowledge: Preferable who have a proven experience in Air Conditioning systems or related fields
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and social media.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
