Job Title: Community Sales Representative Coordinator

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented, and experienced Community Sales Representative (CSR) Coordinator to oversee and drive the performance of our Community Sales Representatives across Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, coordination, and sales management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of Community Sales Representatives (CSRs).
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new CSRs.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure team members achieve assigned targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support, coach, and evaluate CSR activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Develop strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely product availability and effective customer service.
  • Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to management on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in sales, sales coordination, or field sales management.
  • Experience leading or managing a team of sales representatives is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to travel within Lagos for field supervision.
  • Male candidates are preferred for this role due to the extensive field coordination requirements.
