Job Summary
- The AC / HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort.
- The role includes troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety and compliance with technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty AC units and ventilation systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment to avoid breakdowns
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or replacements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage and store spare parts and tools responsibly
- Collaborate with other engineering staff to resolve complex technical issues
- Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly to minimize disruption
- Advise management on energy efficiency and cost-saving opportunities
Qualification
- Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-5 years experience.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
