Job Title: Store Sales Representative

Location: Lekki Phase, Lagos (Candidates residing in Lekki or its environs will be given priority)
Employment Type: Full-time 
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Store Sales Representative to engage walk-in customers, promote products, process sales transactions, and deliver excellent customer service.
• The ideal candidate should be target-driven, customer-focused, and able to build strong relationships that drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their product needs.
• Promote and recommend products to drive sales.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain an organized and attractive showroom or sales area.
• Keep accurate sales records and prepare daily sales reports.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in any relevant field.
• 2–4 years of indoor sales, retail sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic sales systems.
• Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
• Must reside in Lekki, Ajah or nearby areas.

Salary 
N250,000 per month.
