Requirements

• BSc Degree (without Third Class or Pass) in any related discipline.
• 1 - 3 years of experience
• Maximum age: 27 years.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in banking and customer experience is an advantage
• Ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to work in Ilupeju.
