We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos

Description

• This is an exciting opportunity to shape the architectural identity of multiple estate developments while working with a multidisciplinary construction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural designs for all estate development projects.
• Update architectural renderings and 3D visualizations for all project sites every three (3) months to reflect actual construction progress.
• Coordinate architectural implementation across project sites and ensure strict compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction works align with approved architectural designs.
• Supervise finishing works to ensure high-quality aesthetics, functionality, and workmanship.
• Identify architectural issues and ensure timely resolution of design-related snags.
• Collaborate with Construction Project Managers, Engineers, Builders, Quantity Surveyors, and MEP Engineers to achieve seamless project delivery.
• Prepare monthly architectural progress reports and provide recommendations to Management.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building regulations, planning approvals, and company standards.
• Support project teams with technical guidance throughout the construction lifecycle.

• Design compliance: 100%
• Architectural renderings updated every 3 months to reflect site progress
• Architectural snag resolution within 3 working days
• Finishing quality compliance: 100%
• Reporting compliance: 100%
• Project support response time: Within 24 hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in architectural design and site supervision.
• Registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is required.
• Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is required.
• Strong experience in residential estate developments and construction site supervision.
• Proficiency in architectural design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar applications.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and finishing standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
