Job Title: Technical Sales Officer

Job Summary

• The Technical Sales Officer is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive bid submissions, coordinating technical and commercial documentation, and ensuring compliance with client requirements to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify relevant bid and tender opportunities from public and private sectors.
• Review tender documents to determine requirements, eligibility, and submission timelines.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical and commercial bid documents.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender responses in line with client specifications.
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain technical information, pricing, certifications, and supporting documents.
• Ensure all bid submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of tender opportunities, bid submissions, and outcomes.
• Follow up on submitted bids and maintain communication with clients throughout the tender process.
• Prepare post-bid reports and recommend improvements to increase bid success rates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and client requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of bids/tenders submitted.
• Bid submission accuracy and compliance rate.
• Tender win rate.
• Timeliness of bid submissions.
• Revenue generated from successful bids.
• Client satisfaction and responsiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in bid management, tender administration, technical sales, or business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proximity to VGC, Ajah, Lagos State, is required for this position.

Salary
N180,000 - N220,000 per month. depending on qualifications and experience.
