Job Title: Chef (Local Dishes & Pastries)

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time (2days in; 2days out)

Summary

• The successful candidate will excel in preparing local dishes and pastries, significantly contributing to the culinary experience offered to guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of local dishes and pastries.
• Ensure all food is prepared to high-quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the team to create seasonal menus.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications with at least 2 years experience.
• Strong skills in preparing local dishes.
• Proficiency in baking and pastry making.

Benefits

•  Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
• Accomodation and feeding available while on duty.
