We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Platform Officer

Location: Benin, Edo

Responsibilities

• Reconcile waybill of stocks received with physical and post into DC inventory on Nav.
• Print out invoices of customers’ orders as provided on the manifest.
• Do weekly stock update and prepare ageing report for proper stock tracking.
• Attend to all cash & carry daily customers and ensure customers’ satisfaction is delivered.
• Ensure cold room temperatures are monitored and complied with set standards to keep product quality. Escalate any deviation(s) to the maintenance team.
• Keep records of all customers’ invoices and any other relevant documents.
• Report any shortfall or inadequacies on the customers’ order before printing invoices.
• Total compliance to fan milk code of conduct

Principal Accountabilities:

• Printing of invoices according to manifest / order ready.
• Ensure invoices are properly signed, stamped, and accounted for.
• Ascertaining stock correctness during offloading of first miles and loading last miles.
• Escalate any differences on physical stock and stated quantities on waybill.

Critical Qualificationds / Skils / Experience:

• Must have ND or HND Degree with 1-3 years minimum experience
• Have good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse practices.
• Be able to account for all products in and out of the warehouse.
• Has effective communication ability
• Must show commitment and take ownership of the job.
• Physically and mentally sound.
