Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive (Building Materials / Ceramics)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales, expand our customer base, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders within the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Promote and sell ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, and related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, builders, and project managers.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, close sales, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide market intelligence to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in outdoor sales within the ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials industry is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and customer network within the building materials sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Lagos.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
