Description
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispensing medications and providing patient counseling
- Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
- Monitoring medication use and ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards
- Managing pharmaceutical inventory and stock control
- Conducting routine stock taking and reconciliation
- Monitoring expiry dates and minimizing stock losses
- Coordinating medication procurement and supply processes
- Maintaining accurate pharmacy records and reports.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D)
- Current practicing license
- Minimum of 2 years’ clinical pharmacy experience
- Experience in hospital pharmacy operations
- Strong knowledge of medication management and patient counseling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality patient care.
