Job Description
- We are seeking for a proactive and experienced customer service representative who will be the face of our brand, handle customers orders and make sure every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer interaction: Great customers warmly.
- Take orders in person, by phone or online and recommend menu.
- Handle complaints about food quality, wrong orders or service issues.
- Maintain clean service counters and working environment.
- Team collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen/ bakery staff to communicate special requests and timing.
Requirements:
- SSCE/ OND.
- 1-2years experience as a customer service representative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Problem solving skills and patience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Salary
N100,000 per month.
