Job Title: Video Editor

Summary

• We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team
• The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for digital and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and corporate content.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, captions, transitions, sound effects, and music where necessary.
• Perform color correction, audio balancing, and final video optimization.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to execute content ideas.
• Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
• Keep up with current video editing trends and recommend creative improvements.

Requirements

• A Degree or certification in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field is an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Video Editor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other relevant editing software.
• Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, and storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work within deadlines.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
