Job Description

• Join our dynamic team as a Unit Manager/Retail Development Manager either remotely or as a full time.

What You'll Do

• Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and networking
• Build and maintain a strong dynamic team of Financial Advisors
• Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet customers needs
• Provide financial and retirement planning to prospective clients

Requirements
What we are looking for:

• A Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or HND in any Field
• At least 2 years experience in insurance sales or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Must be located in commutable distance to Lagos, Nigeria
• Ability to work under pressure and with other team members under minimal or no supervision
• Previous marketing/sales experience is a plus.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 per month.
