Job Title: Senior Finance Manager - Automotive, Manufacturing & FMCG

Job Description
- We are seeking accomplished finance professionals with extensive leadership experience to drive financial performance, governance, and strategic decision-making across our business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Drive inventory optimization and working capital management.
- Oversee IFRS-compliant financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Manage cash flow, fixed assets, and financial controls.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- ICAN, ACCA, or ACA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 18 years' experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or FMCG.
- Strong expertise in inventory management, ERP systems, IFRS, and financial controls.
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and the Nigerian tax and regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven organization.
