We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Finance Manager - Automotive, Manufacturing & FMCG

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking accomplished finance professionals with extensive leadership experience to drive financial performance, governance, and strategic decision-making across our business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Drive inventory optimization and working capital management.
  • Oversee IFRS-compliant financial reporting and statutory compliance.
  • Manage cash flow, fixed assets, and financial controls.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
  • ICAN, ACCA, or ACA qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 18 years' experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or FMCG.
  • Strong expertise in inventory management, ERP systems, IFRS, and financial controls.
  • Proven leadership experience managing finance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and the Nigerian tax and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven organization.
