We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Finance Manager – Haulage, Leasing & Logistics

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • A leading, fast-growing multi-sector organization with operations across Automotive, Engineering & Construction, Power & Energy, Manufacturing, Technology, Agriculture, and Trade is expanding its Finance Leadership Team.
  • We are seeking accomplished finance professionals with extensive leadership experience to drive financial performance, governance, and strategic decision-making across our business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead finance operations for fleet, haulage, leasing, and logistics businesses.
  • Drive profitability through fleet utilization, asset management, and cost optimization.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage lease accounting, receivables, and working capital.
  • Provide strategic financial leadership to the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
  • ICAN, ACCA, or ACA qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in Logistics, Haulage, Leasing, or Transportation.
  • Strong understanding of fleet accounting, asset-intensive operations, and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and the Nigerian tax and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven organization.
