Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary

• We are a community-based primary healthcare company committed to providing accessible and flexible healthcare solutions to individuals and organizations.
• We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to help grow our client base and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new clients, including individuals, corporate organizations, and local businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and execute contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Drive repeat business and generate referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Proximity to Lagos Island is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
