Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Location: Agege, Ogba - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • A leading FMCG company in Nigeria is seeking experienced and result-driven Van Sales Representatives to drive sales growth and product availability across assigned territories.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products directly to retail customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring proper merchandising, and achieving sales targets while effectively managing stock within the assigned sales van.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within the designated territory.
  • Ensure adequate stock availability in the van to meet customer demand.
  • Promote company products and drive sales through effective selling techniques.
  • Maintain proper product visibility and merchandising standards at retail outlets.
  • Ensure consistent product availability across all assigned outlets.
  • Take full accountability for stock loaded into the van.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of NCE or OND qualification.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG distribution sector.
  • Valid Driver's License and LASDRI certificate (where applicable).
  • Proven ability to drive commercial vehicles and sell products simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of assigned routes and traffic regulations.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N122,000 - N150,000 per month.
  • Other Benefits: Performance Incentives, HMO, 13th Month Salary, Leave Allowance.
