Job Title: Head of Operations, Verification & Compliance
Location: Abuja (Head Office), with oversight responsibilities across Lagos, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Kano, Enugu, Ibadan - Oyo, Uyo, Benin City, Jos, and other operational states within Nigeria

- The Head of Operations, Verification & Compliance will provide strategic leadership for all operational activities, field verification processes, compliance management, quality assurance, and service delivery across Swift Verified Homes' national operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving operational systems that guarantee service excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
- This executive leadership role requires an experienced professional with exceptional operational management, investigative capabilities, stakeholder management, risk management, people leadership, and business process improvement expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate all operational activities across SVH offices nationwide.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve productivity, efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational units.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between Verification, Legal, Compliance, Customer Experience, Technology, and Business Development teams.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare monthly operational reports and strategic recommendations for Executive Management.
Verification & Field Operations:
Provide strategic leadership for nationwide property verification and due diligence services, including:

- This role provides strategic oversight for Swift Verified Homes' nationwide operations.
- The successful candidate must be willing and able to undertake regular travel across Nigeria to supervise regional operations, conduct quality assurance visits, engage stakeholders, support business expansion initiatives, and ensure consistent operational excellence across all locations.

Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Law, Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- A Master's Degree and relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- 5–7 years progressive experience in Operations Management, Compliance, Risk Management, Property Verification, or Real Estate Operations.
- At least 3 years' experience in a senior leadership or managerial position.
