Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• Driving business growth, overseeing loan processing, and ensuring the financial soundness of the branch’s credit portfolio.
• Supervising subordinates, evaluating loan applications, deposit mobilization, mitigating risks, and fostering strong customer relationships.
• Meeting and exceeding targets, increasing the business portfolio and clients' base, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirement

• Must have a proven track record in microfinance lending, loan recovery, and risk management.
