Job Summary
- As a primary school teacher you will educate children aged 5 to 11, fostering academic, social, and emotional development.
- Key duties include designing and delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum, managing classroom behavior, evaluating student progress through assessments, and maintaining consistent communication with parents.
Core Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning: Create and deliver structured lessons that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment that encourages participation.
- Student Assessment: Grade assignments, administer tests, and monitor individual academic and social development.
- Communication: Lead parent-teacher conferences and collaborate with administration to support student well-being.
- Resource Management: Organize classrooms with creative displays and educational aids to stimulate learning.
