Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Jumbo Health & Wellness Limited is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Office Assistant to support the smooth running of our daily office operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for running official errands, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, assisting with the movement and setup of gym equipment, and providing general administrative and operational support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run official office errands promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, lifting, moving, and arranging gym equipment and other company assets.
  • Support the warehouse, logistics, and technical teams during deliveries, installations, and dispatches.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, showroom, warehouse, and other work areas.
  • Deliver documents, parcels, and other official items to internal and external locations.
  • Monitor office supplies and notify the appropriate department when replenishment is required.
  • Welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure company property and equipment are handled with care to prevent damage.
  • Support stock movement and inventory-related activities when required.
  • Adhere to all company health, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE or its equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving moderately heavy gym and fitness equipment.
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and dependable with a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Resides within Lagos or nearby locations.
