Responsibilities

• Own revenue expansion within existing accounts through structured upsell and cross-sell initiatives
• Act as the commercial lead for key clients, strengthening long-term value and positioning CitygateGlobalas a core financial partner
• Build and convert a high-quality pipeline across SMEs and other products.
• Own the full sales cycle; sourcing, qualification, negotiation, and convert demand into revenue
• Proactively identify churn risks and take decisive action to protect and grow revenue
• Deliver a clear commercial growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion
• Be directly accountable for revenue performance across all products, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
• Translate strategy into execution by driving pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue realization.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 5 years experience.
