Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Growth & Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- Prepare business proposals and client presentations.
- Monitor growth metrics and provide performance reports.
- Identify and implement AI and digital tools to improve business efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, growth marketing, or sales.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead generation.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship management skills.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
