Job Title: Field Agent

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Field Agent to join our real estate team.
• Your primary job is to identify houses and properties that are good candidates for us to acquire and resell.
• You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground,spotting opportunities before they hit the open market, building relationships with homeowners, and feeding our acquisitions pipeline with quality leads.
• This role is perfect for someone who knows Lagoswell, enjoystalking to people, and has a sharp eye for undervalued or motivated-seller properties.

What You'll Do

• Walk target neighborhoods to identify vacant, distressed, or potentially undervalued properties
• Take photos, notes, and GPS/address details on prospective properties
• Research property ownership, tax records, and liens using public records and online tools
• Build and maintain relationships with local residents, landlords, contractors, and other people who may tip you off to opportunities
• Follow up on leads and report findings back to the acquisitions team
• Attend local community events, auctions, and courthouse listings when relevant
• scout for available property.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills, comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with the local area/neighborhoods (a big plus)
• Someonewith smartphones and simple data entry skill
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, canvassing, or field work is a plus but not required
• Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude — this job involves a lot of "no's" before a "yes".

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / month.
