Job Title: Business Transformation Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Overview

• We are seeking a Business Transformation Officer to drive enterprise-wide transformation, optimize business processes, and deliver measurable improvements in operational performance across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Optimize end-to-end value streams to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Drive change management and adoption of new processes across business units.
• Develop performance dashboards, KPIs, and track transformation outcomes.
• Support the COO in executing strategic initiatives and monitoring business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in business transformation, consulting, or operations.
• Strong expertise in process optimization, change management, performance management, and project delivery.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
