Martha's Closet, a Fashion Store, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Male) - Cheveron

Location: Alpha Beach, New Road - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (9AM - 6PM)

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries across all channels (walk-in, WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and email) in a timely and professional manner
• Process customer orders accurately, including confirming details such as size, color, delivery location, and timelines
• Provide product information, styling guidance, and recommendations to customers
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support sales by upselling and cross-selling products where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND with 0-1 year experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
